The issue has been identified and fixed. The issue was with one of our service provider called Cloudflare. We use their services for CDN and security. Their servers prevented the traffic to flow into the Geedesk servers causing a performance issue on our side. We immediately took action by bypassing their servers and directing the traffic straight to our servers.
Since then Cloudflare has fixed their issue. We are not monitoring the services and will gradually start directing the traffic via Cloudflare.
